"I haven't stuck to a strict diet since leaving the Bigg Boss house. Currently, I consume carbs very controlled, focusing on a high-protein, low-carb diet. I also try to have dinner early and avoid eating anything afterwards." she explained. 

Her dedication to healthy eating habits and consistent workouts has paid off, and she is now ready to take on the challenges of Khatron Ke Khiladi with renewed energy and confidence.
