Neeraj Pandey's next thriller 'Operation Romeo' offers a great start to Sidhant and Vedika Pinto

In the official Hindi version of the popular Malayalam hit 'Ishq: Not a Love Story,' Neeraj Pandey's forthcoming thriller 'Operation Romeo' brings to cinema the fresh coupling of promising new stars Sidhant and Vedika Pinto. The film's creators have released a teaser that gives viewers a taste of the terrifying and riveting thriller that goes into the dark and dramatic vengeance story.

Sidhant is expected to make a mark with his raw, genuine, and believable performance in Neeraj Pandey's forthcoming thriller 'Operation Romeo', following his excellent performance as Imaad, the spinning bowler from Kashmir, in Inside Edge 3.

Vedika Pinto makes her acting debut in the film, after becoming well-known for her role as the chirpy, carefree bride in Ritviz's chart-topping song video 'Liggi.'

The trailer opens with glimpses of a sweet, blossoming love story between two young people before abruptly turning gears into the terrifying realm of moral policing, which captures the audience's attention.

Sidhant Gupta discusses his forthcoming thriller, stating, 

"Since I first heard the narrative, I've felt a strong sense of sympathy for this individual, which allowed me the confidence to seek out his state of mind and live in it to the point where love seemed pure and sorrow ached as I worked.I owe this chance to Neeraj sir, Shashant sir, Friday films, and Reliance."

Vedika Pinto, who is making her debut on-screen appearance, says,

"My character Neha comes from a pretty traditional upbringing, She's quiet, demure, and content in her own world, but a sequence of bad events rock her foundations and push her to reconcile with society's dangers. Playing a role like that was both fascinating and tough since I had very little in common with my character, and the film itself is dramatic and nuanced. I consider myself fortunate to have made my debut in Operation Romeo; the message at its heart resonates with me, and it provided me with the chance to go deeper into the craft while also working with reputable people."

Produced by the filmmaker duo Neeraj Pandey and Shital Bhatia, 'Operation Romeo' is presented in collaboration with Reliance Entertainment and is scheduled to release in theaters on 22nd April, 2022.
