Adita Wahi
Traveling is something that each one of us long for. Traveling is something that brings that happy smile on our faces. And traveling is something that no matter what, you manage to get your peace of mind.

Yes, TellyBuzz is back again with one such travel diary of one such pretty actor Adita Wahi who is currently seen in Life OK's Laut Aao Trisha. Well, now before you begin to read let us tell you, it is going to be one fun ride 'coz we'll be talking about New York City, Manhattan, Miami, Orlando and a lot more on the list. Tighten your belts as we take you to this much fascinating ride!

Where had you been for a trip on your last vacation? "Well on my last holiday, I flew to NYC. I travel to New York sometimes twice a year and consider it as my second home because I had graduated from there and also worked there for a bit; I lived there for three years. Something that really fascinates me when I am in New York are the places. I just loved walking down the streets in Manhattan, Times Square, Broadway, 5th Avenue and reminiscing the past. Eating street food like hot dogs, cheese pizzas, hamburgers, pretzels was sheer bliss. I love to shop at my favorite haunts, branded stuff as well as street shopping... And great deals!"

Adita further added...

"From New York, my friends and me went to Florida. Yet again one of my most favorite places in America as its called the sunshine state. I love the pace of life there - not to fast not to crazy and yet there is a lovely vibe of fun and adventure. I am a big roller coaster fan and even though I have been to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure for multiple times as kids as well as adults, I can not resist going there. So on this trip in Orlando, I spent two long days - one at Universal Studios doing each ride especially the Spider-Man ride and one full day at Islands of Adventure feeling like a child again running for the roller coaster rides again and again! I remember the last time I was there, they where still constructing a ride and it was going to be the tallest and meanest roller coaster ride ever, called Rocket. This time it was ready and functional and I nearly stopped breathing the first time I was on it. In spite of the ride being quite scary, I managed to go on it again a few times! It was a lovely sunny day and we pigged out on their specialty turkey legs, hot dogs and Ben and Jerry's ice cream."

Now from Orlando, further to Miami...

"After Orlando, we went to Miami. I have been there once but this time with friends, it was even more fun! The popular stretch in Miami is the ocean drive, where you have bars and eateries on one side and Miami beach on the opposite side. The beaches are pristine with white sands and Aqua blue waters. I would choose beaches over a mountain area any day."

Woww!! This sounds only so interesting, isn't it?

So what is that one thing you make sure you buy from that place? "One thing I must pick up from each city is a fridge magnet. In Mumbai, my fridge is full of a collection of fridge magnets from all over the world. I just love purchasing them."

So, we understand that you are one travel buff. Isn't it? "Well you could say I'm a travel buff and I love to travel but in our line of work and erratic schedules, I'm not able to travel as much as I would like! Though my dad has been an avid traveler and has been in tourism since over 40 yrs! My first world tour was when I was just 40 days old and my passport said 'Baby Wahi' as they didn't know whether it was going to be a boy or girl! My biggest desire is. if not travel all continents and countries, I at least want to visit all the beaches of the world."

Well Adita, you envy us all! *wink*

She says " I was just 40 days old and my passport said 'Baby Wahi' as they didn't know whether it was going to be a boy or girl! " Was it BEFORE she was born? A passport for a foetus??!! If it's a 40 day old infant, I think, the moment a baby is born, the hospital checks the gender.
