Seen ruling the TV screen nowadays with their negative performances and the twists and turns they bring in, soap opera mother in laws dominate our TV screen.

And Imarti Devi from Colors new serial 'Kairee - Rishta Khatta Meetha' is no different! The character of Imarti Devi is played by Hema Singh!

From the promos it is revealed that the Khatti Saas is turning to be the Meethi one!

This strict dominating mother will have a change of heart. In charge of her children's lives, Imarti Devi will give a go ahead to her son Anuj (Jay Bhanushali) and his loved Mala(Leena Jumani).

But here is a twist, sources have revealed that this union will not culminate into marriage! Post the engagement the serial will see a turn of the event and that will stall the couples marriage plans!

At the end will Anuj and Mala manage to cross this Hurdle.?

Thanks for the article. Can't wait to see what Imarti Devi has planned so the engagement won't go thru. I think Hema Singh is doing a great job in her role.
