Meet the Naye Sadasya of the Parashar Family!!!

The story of Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon Ki has seen many ups and downs in the last few months. The viewers found no respite as they had to go through the sufferings of Pari which was immediately followed by a 40-day struggle of Soumya to win over Pari. But All’s well that ends well, isn’t it? Soumya and Pari are now together again and Romance is surely in the Air!! But is this happiness shortlived? Well, only time can tell as the serial is now headed to yet another twist in the form of 4 new characters entering the serial.

Enter Soumya’s 2 uncles and their wives, to celebrate the 75th birthday of Dadaji. Our reporter was on the sets of the serial to know more about the twists and turns, the story will take in the coming days. The news coming out is that these 4 characters are to stay for quite a long time in this serial. So are these characters going to be thorns in the way of Pari? Is this going to affect Soumya and Pari’s life again?

Read on, as our reporter Hiral gets to know more about the two Daughters-in-law of the Parashar Family, Shaily and Nirmala.

Shaily, the elder daughter-in-law of the Parashar Family is played by She was also seen in the popular Sony Serial Ek Ladki Anjaani Si,where she played the role of Ayesha's mother. So is she going to play a vamp again here? Well, here she is, in a conversation with our reporter:
Now moving on, let us take a close look at the youngest daughter-in-law of the Parashar Family, Nirmala played by Supriya Shukla. She was lastly seen in the recently ended serial Jeete Hai Jiske Liye. We remember her as the bubbly bhabhi of Parineeta too. Let us now know more from this actress:

Tell us about your role?

I'm playing Abhay's younger brother's wife. My character is very bubbly, who knows to get her way. She has a great understanding with her husband and they both compliment each other very well and fill in the missing void that each one of them have. This couple has been traveling a lot, they have recently come from Bhavnagar. She really doesn't mind Pari, as she is trying to be very nice to the entire family, just trying to keep all in good books.

How did this role happen?

Well, I was free post Jeete Hain Jiske Liye. I liked the concept of the character that I am playing here. Also, the production house has been so nice. We have so much of fun here and yet everything is so very simple with the cast and crew.

You've recently entered into television from Bollywood. How did it happen?

After Parineeta, I did JHJL and things didn't work out well there. I was surprised that the show was axed. Now i am into this. I only take up assignments if I enjoy them, my ultimate goal is not to become an actor. I do commercials from time to time. I have two kids at home, and I'm coming here to do my work leaving them behind. So if I don't enjoy my work, then what's the point? As long as I enjoy what I'm doing, I'll continue acting.
