Deepika Singh, who rose to fame as Sandhya Rathi in "Diya Aur Baati Hum," is currently working on the show Mangal Lakshmi and managing an intense schedule in the sweltering heat of Mumbai. Reportedly, the actress developed a clot in her right eye during the show's shooting and experienced eye irritation while filming the television series.

In an interview with India Forums, Deepika shared, "Maybe a small particle hit my eye during the shoot. I didn't pay attention and continued shooting. The injury could have happened then, but the doctor said I'm on my way to recovery, and it's healing well. Another few days, and I'll be as good as new."

Despite the injury, Deepika is continuing to shoot for the show with the same dedication.
