Madirakshi Mundle: I enjoy the monsoons when I am indoors!

Actress Madirakshi Mundle says that while she loves the monsoons, she enjoys them the most when she is in the comfort of her home. She adds that travelling does become a challenge during rainy days. 

“I love the weather, but only when I am indoors and dry! (laughs). I love the fresh feel you get when it has just rained. I always have several monsoon dates each year with Chai and crispy pakodas. Going outdoors is a challenge when it rains. However, a lot of my shoots have been in large indoor units since you need a controlled environment to shoot. Thankfully, my staff and production teams take extremely good care of their work,” she says.

She adds, “I think it definitely is an issue if you are caught up in rush hour office traffic, whether in the morning or evening. When you are not travelling during the peak hours, it's quite okay honestly. I actually love driving around a bit, so I don’t mind. Improved public transport is definitely an option though.”

Talking about her haircare and skincare during this time, she says, “I moisturise twice a day and wash my face thoroughly to cleanse it. I use a serum or hair pack sometimes if I feel like it.”
