Madhura Naik to replace Nidhi in Sangam..

Madhura Naik, the beautiful damsel who played Sonia in Sapna Babul Ka.. Bidaai will now be entering Sangam!

The actress will play the role of Kaveri, which was earlier essayed by Nidhi Seth. Kaveri is a modern woman who is extremely head strong. Kaveri and Ganga (Jennifer Winget) are very close and consider each other as sisters. While Ganga and Saagar (Chaitanya Choudhury) are in love, Kaveri is unaware of their relationship and is madly in love with Saagar. Now, Kaveri returns from Australia at a crucial situation when the only person who knew of Saagar – Ganga's love, Mr. Khurana is dead.

Madhura is very much excited for this role, “I had gone abroad and just returned when I got a call from the production house. This is a very challenging role to play as I have to take up the character from in between”. The actress is happy for another reason as she has got a positive role to play soon after she portrayed a negative character in Bidaai. “It will be difficult for people to accept me in a positive role, but I think this is exactly what an actor will aim to prove”, quips the actress..

Well, with Kaveri back, wonder what's in store for Saagar-Ganga now??
