Pooja Banerjee who is seen essaying the role of Reva on Swim Team is content to be a part of a show which is based on sport. Pooja herself is a National level swimmer so its fun for her to shoot in water.

Let's see what Pooja has to say about the show, her passion towards swimming, her bonding with co stars and more..

Talking about the concept she shared with us "I think Swim Team is a great show and audience should give it a chance. For the first time a sport based show is experimented on television, it is very motivating for people who are interested in sports or swimming."

Stating her reason for picking up this show, she says "Love for swimming is greater then love for acting and so I took up this show. Also the character of Reva is very close to my heart. I am essaying the role of 19 years old college girl who is high on energy, very few people get to do a character with which they can easily relate to and I am lucky enough to do this role."

When we asked her passion towards swimming, she answers "I am a national level swimmer, swimming has always been close to me. I learned swimming before going to school. I love to stay in water, I think my parents and my school always promoted me for swimming. During my school days I was very happy to represent Maharashtra. I have done 32 tournaments, 5 km sea crossing and 14 km river crossing."

Over the time the girls gang on the show has developed a good bond and talking about this, she says, "It feels like I am back to the college and the team is very good. For the first time all girls stay together and happy on the set."
