Kunwar Amar Singh, who plays Titu in the popular Star Plus show Anupamaa, is a fan favourite. Recently, the show sparked headlines with reports suggesting that the creators are planning a significant 10-15-year time leap. There is speculation that lead actors Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna, who portray Anupamaa and Anuj, will continue even after the leap.
India Forums initially contacted Kunwar, who was unaware of the leap rumours. However, in a follow-up conversation, the actor confirmed the news. He stated, "Yes, the leap is happening, but the exact timeline hasn't been officially confirmed. If the show takes a 10-15-year leap, I won't continue. I don't want to age my character that much. But nothing is finalized at this point."
Anupamaa, produced by Rajan Shahi, has consistently topped TRP charts with its compelling storyline. The show's intense family drama, especially the complex relationship between Anuj Kapadia and Anupamaa, has kept audiences engaged.
Despite the speculation, the makers have not officially announced the leap, leaving fans eagerly waiting to see how the story will evolve.
