*Disclaimer: The following content is a light reflection that leaves out any scope for critique. We are strictly talking puzzling moments that may come as a shock to the viewers.
TV has a lot of material for entertainment. And, to the keen eye, there's a lot apart from the drama that can have you hooked to the screen. But, its in small moments of missteps that we find the true factor of amusement. This week gave us eye-rolling moments and some new material to play with.
From Dil Boley Oberoi to Beyhadh, here's a bunch of baffling scenes to complete your viewing experience-
When you fail all your physics classes
This week, on Dil Boley Oberoi, in hot pursuit of Omkara's car, Svetlana is seen putting her wheels on to keep track of him and Chulbul. The vamp took things in her own hands as she put on a pair of skates and hung on to the car! We wonder how she didn't fall (there was nothing to maintain a grip on) or end up burning her skates off! Sorry Svetlana, a normal pair of roller blades just don't make the cut (unless you're in Dhoom).
In yet another scene, Svetlana's dead body, precariously placed on a sofa is approached by Chulbul. Meanwhile, our vamp looks on from the window and is worried Chulbul will find out the plot with the doppelgangers. To avert the disaster though, she voices for the dead body from the window. She declares she is meditating and that Chulbul must step away. How does one voice a being that's placed so far away and how does one buy it when they can clearly see no mouth movement? These questions aren't finding any scientific answers, that's for sure!
This misjudged miscarriage on Beyhadh
Beyhadh took a painful turn. Maya's trick on Sanjh resulted in a retaliation that was followed by Maya taking a tumble down the stairs. We would be aghast at the scene if only they hadn't made such a shabby case. The fallen Maya declares she's had a miscarriage minutes after hitting the ground. Arjun then grieves, (without a medical professional confirming a miscarriage) he then slaps Saanjh in anger, throws her out of the gate and give her the "humara rishta khatam" line while his wife is lying in pain. What comes later was just as unbelievable. Maya who's white saree shows no signs of bleeding from the mishap, is seen getting busy manipulating Arjun with an emotional drama. To top things off, she also lifts the heavy Ganesh idol and walks a few miles all the way to a lake and immerses it in water, leaving us to wonder was a scene at the hospital out of budget?
This pair of CGI skates
Speaking of tech, Dil Se Dil Tak saw this rad pair of skater shoes. Sejal tricks Teni into wearing a pair of new shoes in order watch her tumble into a fall. We think it's a cool addition to Teni's wardrobe, but, their function turned out to be a disaster. The shoes had a bright red button which pushed out roller blades that looked artificially inserted. Teni rose an inch above ground level in an odd fashion without even realizing it. Like seriously?!
Introducing CGI skates! We also like how 2D that image on screen is!

That miscarriage scene was badly written and executed. Why couldnt CVs have another episode to give it a realistic touch. Maya taking the idol in that condition to be frank was too much.

I saw that Roller skates scene of Svetlana in Dil Bole Oberoi and laughed so hard. The best part was the BG music. Uff Uff Mirchi! That was just side splitting. Thanks for the mindless entertainment Gul and Co. In Beyhadh even I worried when Maya lifted up that heavy idol just after apparently suffering a miscrraige, and Arjun didn't find this odd at all? No wonder he is fondly known as Duffer in the show.
