Khatron Ke Khiladi 14: Shalin Bhanot bitten by 200 Scorpions on the Sets

Shalin Bhanot has been grabbing headlines for his performance on Khatron ke Khiladi. The actor had gotten a standing ovation last week from the entire cast and crew for an aeroplane task, and his video of doing SRK's signature pose went viral. For the uninitiated, the first few days saw a massive showdown between Asim and Shalin. Asim cursed off Shalin, and then Asim was eliminated from the show due to a fight with Rohit Shetty.  

Today, a video is doing rounds where Shalin has a swollen face, and he's said anything for you all - his fans! 200 scorpions bit him, but he went on to do the task. Our source informs us, "The stunts and the level is being raised by the day in this season's Khatron ke Khiladi. Shalin has amazed everyone with his resilience because no matter what, he continues doing the toughest of tasks and in fact, the makers are touting him as one of the season's top contenders!"  

No wonder Shalin has been on the list for the show for quite some time as he was the first contestant to be offered the show even when he was in Bigg Boss and he turned it down and went on to do Bekaboo.  Rumours have it that this year he's the biggest ticket contestant on the show which may have been a reason for him to sign the dotted line. Looks like it's been a great match for this stunt based show!
