Karan Mehra recently spoke out about Hina Khan's struggle with stage 3 breast cancer. Their on-screen relationship in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai adds depth to this news, making their connection even more poignant.

In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Karan Mehra prayed for Hina Khan's speedy recovery. He said, "I would like to wish her a speedy recovery, which is already visible as she is battling it bravely. So, God bless her." The pair portrayed the beloved characters of Akshara and Naitik in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Their on-screen chemistry continues to be cherished by fans from all corners of life.

It was back in June this year when the actress confirmed her diagnosis of breast cancer. A part of her post read, "Hello Everyone, To address the recent rumour, I want to share some important news with all the Hinaholics and everyone who loves and cares for me. I have been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer."

Hina, renowned as Akshara, shared in her post that despite the tough diagnosis, she wants to assure everyone that she is in good spirits, resolute, and fully dedicated to conquering this illness. Addressing all the Hinaholics, she mentioned that her treatment has commenced, and she is prepared to undertake all essential measures to emerge from this situation even more resilient.

Hina, also known for her role in Bigg Boss 11, expressed her gratitude for the love, support, and blessings from her fans during these challenging times."Your personal experiences, anecdotes and supportive suggestions would mean the world to me as I navigate this journey. I, along with my family and loved ones, remain focused, determined and positive," she added further. 

With the grace of the almighty, the Kasautii Zindagii Kay star expressed her belief that she will conquer this challenge and regain complete health. "Please send your prayers blessings and love," she added at the end.
