Just another day: No V-Day mania among TV stars
Red roses, romantic dinner or a long drive may be priority for a lot of people on Valentine's Day, but for several Indian TV actors, it's just another day of work.

Celebrities like Yashpal Sharma and Surbhi Jyoti feel that the whole concept of Valentine's Day, which falls Feb 14 every year, is over hyped, while other actors like Ravish Desai and Mrunal Jain plan to ditch the 'mushy stuff' and head to work.
Here's what the actors had to say ahead of Valentine's Day:
Ravish Desai: This year I think Valentine's Day is going to be extremely special as I'll have not one but seven Valentines! I'll celebrate this special day with my seven mothers on the sets of "Satrangi Sasural" in Mumbai. So I'm really looking forward to a very interesting Valentine's Day with seven lovely ladies along with Mugdha (Aarushi) too.
Mugdha Chaphekar: I plan to spend this Valentine's Day with my on screen family on the sets of "Satrangi Sasural" as we will be working. I really like the idea of this day when people are celebrating love and everything is so nice. But I haven't had a chance to celebrate Valentine's Day till now.
Yashpal Sharma: Honestly speaking I don't really think these 'days' make much sense -- be it Mother's Day, Father's Day or Valentine's Day. Why should one only dedicate one day to the people that matter so much in your life? It's not like you stop loving and respecting your mother, father or loved ones on the other days of the year!
Paridhi Sharma: This year on Valentine's Day I'm going to my hometown to attend my cousin's marriage. Honestly speaking I don't believe love has a specific date and that one should wait for this one day to confess their feelings or express their love.
Surbhi Jyoti: Well, this year on Valentine's Day I will be shooting as I am in love with my work, and what better way to spend the day than to do what you love the most? I used to get fascinated by gifts and cards that I used to see in shops on this occasion, but that's about it.
Shabbir Ahluwalia: This year on Valentine's Day I will be in South Africa. Honestly, for me everyday is Valentine's Day and I love to spend time with my family, my wife and my friends, so nothing really special as such.
Mrunal Jain: Valentine's Day is just a normal day for me because to celebrate love on only one day out of the 365 days in a year is unfair according to me. What about the rest of the 364 days? Love doesn't wait for that one day. This year I dedicate my Valentine's Day to my show, "Band"an" as I will be shooting the whole day, from morning to evening.
Abigail Jain: I'll be spending Valentine's Day doing what I love the most -- working. I'll be shooting for my new show 'Zindagi Wins' and in the evening I will be catching up with a couple of friends.
Karan Tacker: For me, the true relevance of Valentine's day lies in celebrating the essence love with all the special people in your life who have loved you unconditionally. That's why I plan on spending it with my family and friends who have always encouraged me and supported me to pursue my dreams.
