The third season of TVF’s "Panchayat" has recently made its debut on Prime Video, earning immense praise from its dedicated fanbase. While the show serves as a significant source of entertainment, it has also propelled the careers of talented actors like Jitendra Kumar and Neena Gupta.

Following the airing of the second season, rumors circulated about a fallout between Jitendra Kumar and TVF. Addressing these speculations in an interview with India Today, the actor expressed his perspective on the matter.

Acknowledging the panic sparked by the rumors, Jitendra Kumar stated, “The last season ended on Abhishek's transfer and that also spurred the buzz further. There was a misunderstanding, and honestly, main bhi pareshan ho jata tha (I would get troubled) answering the same questions.”

Despite the speculation, Jitendra Kumar revealed that his focus remained undeterred as he was already filming for the third season. He emphasized, "Given I have had a long association with TVF, people were worried about what went wrong. I understood it's their love and we just waited for the first trailer to end all speculations."

Set in the fictional village of Phulera, "Panchayat" unfolds through Jitendra’s character, Abhishek Tripathi, offering a satirical take on political issues in rural settings. The series boasts a talented ensemble cast, including Raghubir Yadav, Chandan Roy, Sanvikaa, Durgesh Kumar, Ashok Pathak, Faisal Malik, and Sunita Rajwar.

Apart from "Panchayat," Jitendra Kumar has showcased his versatility in various TVF productions such as "Permanent Roommates," "TVF Pitchers," "Kota Factory," "TVF Tripling," and "TVF Bachelors."
