Imlie's Zohaib Siddique reveals of sharing a mutual interest with costar Karan Vohra; opens up on their bond

Zohaib Siddiqui's entry as Dhairya in Star Plus's popular show 'Imlie' has definitely spiced things up for the viewers of the show. While a lot of fans of the show have been trolling the actor for coming between Imlie and Atharva and the love triangle that has been following up due to the same, the actor's entry in the show has definitely taken things a notch higher in terms of the storyline.

Zohaib, in an exclusive conversation with India Forums, spoke about all the backlash he has faced for his entry into the show and his camaraderie with costar Karan Vohra. Talking about the backlash and trolls, Zohaib said, ''Yes, social media can be a brutal place sometimes. But you know what? We cannot take all of this to our hearts. Social media is a place where if the audience likes a character, they will lift you up, and if they do not like you, they will instantly pull you down. However, honestly, I do not pay a lot of attention to all of this. And if my character does not come between Atharva and Imlie, how will the story of the show spice up, and how will the audience enjoy the show? Our personal lives itself has so much going on, then don't you think our reel lives will be a lot more dramatic?''

Further, speaking about his bond with costar Karan Vohra, Zohaib revealed how his offscreen bond with the actor is totally different from their bond onscreen. The actor said, ''Arre, the two of us are fun people. We share a lot of things with each other, we talk a lot. Recently, I got to know that he, too, is a biker, and he is planning to get his bike transported from Delhi. I love bikes, too, so that is a mutual interest between the two of us. We keep sharing our interests. Both of us hardly find the time to spend with each other because our schedules are very hectic, but yes, we do share a great bond.''
