'I will not expose anymore' - Rakhi Sawant

After getting engaged which was followed by a break up on national television, Rakhi Sawant is back to doing what she is best at i.e. dancing. This item girl will be the main force of the girl's team in the upcoming Star Plus dance reality show, Zara Nachk  Dikha.

Tellybuzz caught up with Rakhi for a 15 minutes no hold barred chit chat over tea regarding the recent up's and down in her professional and personal life.

Why Zara Nachke Dikha?
It is an excellent platform  to silence all those who say that Rakhi only does nautanki! My father (Jesus Christ) has filled me with immense talent, which I will unleash on the dance floor. I have left a number of other big reality shows to be a part of this. Dance is my passion and I have returned to it on the idiot box after a three years break.  In between I did other stuff what you all know about.  But my heart was not there, as it just wanted to rock the floor.

What is your take on the Boys V/s Girls format?
It is going to be a lot of fun. I really can't say who will win, but we will put our best feet forward.  There may be certain weak links among the Masakalis( girls team), but I am there na.

You will have to meet Abhishek Avasthi again?
Abhishek is a closed chapter. I have forgiven him. But somewhere down the line, he knows that what he did was wrong. All said and done, once I am on the floor, I forget everything and concentrate only on blowing the opposition away.

You have to also face Nach Balliye 3 winners Aamir and Sanjeeda?
I had nothing against them; my bone of contention was with STAR which acquiesced to Ekta Kapoor's wishes to make the Balaji couple a winner. It was quite sad that (Aamir and his baliye) spoke a lot against me, but they should realize that it is wrong to take away some body's hard earned effort. 
Things between STAR and me have now been resolved. I was graciously invited to be part of the finale of Perfect Bride.

What is your take on Dimpy Mahajan having won Swayamvar 2?
I think Dimpy must now be ruing the moment she entered the show, as the Mahajan family will not allow her to act in films etc. She must have entered the show just for the publicity, but she should have opted out of marriage. Personally I can't understand why a rich and powerful guy like Rahul had to go the Swayamvar way.  My case was different.

But there was a contract which says you have to get married if chosen?
Even Elesh did not want to get married.  His parents were also never in favor of the match. They would act sweet, only in front of the media.

I want to let you in on a secret; Elesh even had a affair with someone during the shooting of the show. The girl was fired.  Elesh got away with a lot only because he could speak English and I could not. I have forgiven Elesh. If I wanted I could have had him arrested as I have a strong dope on him but my father told me to move on. 

Any memories about Pati Patni aur Woh?
Only negative. I had run away twice, but the channel did not show those parts. Why is the world castigating me, I rightly left Elesh after the engagement, others dump their partners, even after sleeping around or getting married.  The channel smartly tried to play on the masala element by just keeping a single bed.

Any more films after Dil Bole Hadippa?
No I will not do films anymore. They just use me to expose.  I had a song and other important sequences in the above Yashraj film, which were all chopped at the edit table. 

I wish to make an announcement that I will not expose anymore. My father has told me to use my talent in better ways.  Having said that I will still creates ripple by continuing to say the truth loudly.  Did I not shut up the censor board who had chopped out the kamina word in my music video Bhoot? I showed the court much worse words which the board had allowed to go uncut.

So what will you do in place of films?
It is only TV for me now.  Besides reality shows, I might even accept a meaty role in a female dominated fiction show.  I am also working on my mega show on the life of Jesus Christ.

Love life?
Despite so much heart break, I still believe that my Mr. Right will soon come around. I want a guy who can take care of me and not vice versa.
