I quit TV because I stopped getting good roles: Himanshi Choudhry

Working in the entertainment industry is not an easy task and one such actor who has quit the TV world is Himanshi Choudhry. The actress has been a part of popular shows Kutumb, Bhabhi, Lavanya and Dil Ki Bateein Dil Hi Jaane, etc, told a leading portal that she had quit television and moved on to web shows.

Talking about the same, Himanshi told that she has played interesting roles but after a point, she had stopped getting good roles. Nothing really appealed to her and she did not want to compromise on quality and she became choosy with the offers but plans to do good roles didn't work for her either.

She feels that luckily, OTT and web shows happened and actors who could not find a place in TV, moved to digital.  She also feels that web shows have good stories to tell and are more real. Himanshi also confirmed that if she still gets good roles on television, she will do them.
