Television actor Parag Tyagi, widely appreciated for his performances in shows such as Pavitra Rishta, Brahmarakshas, and Jodha Akbar, recently observed a deeply emotional day in his personal life. The date marked what would have been the eleventh wedding anniversary of him and his late wife, actress and reality star Shefali Jariwala.
Parag took to Instagram to share a series of personal and previously unseen pictures with Shefali. Accompanying the images was an emotional message, expressing the depth of his love and the memories they created together. His words resonated deeply with fans and the television fraternity alike.
He wrote: "My love My jaan My Pari, When I saw you for the first time fifteen years ago I knew you were the one. Eleven years ago you chose to marry me on the same day we first met. I cannot thank you enough for coming into my life and loving me with all your heart even when I may not have deserved it. You filled my world with joy and colour and taught me to live life with masti. Today I hold on to all those playful memories we made together. I will love you until my last breath Pari and beyond. From twelth August twenty ten till forever, Always together"

She suffered a sudden cardiac arrest at the age of forty two, a loss that left the entertainment industry and her fans in shock.
Shefali first rose to fame in the early 2000s with the hit music video Kaanta Laga. Her screen presence made her an overnight sensation. Over the years, she appeared in films like Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, participated in dance reality shows like Nach Baliye season five and seven alongside Parag, and made a strong impression as a wild card contestant in Bigg Boss thirteen. She also featured in television dramas such as Shaitani Rasmein.
Parag and Shefali shared a strong bond that was evident both on and off screen. They met in twenty ten and later tied the knot on twelfth August twenty fourteen, choosing the same date they first met to celebrate their union. Their marriage was often praised for its genuine love, mutual admiration, and playful companionship.
Since Shefali's passing, Parag has continued to pay tribute to her through heartfelt social media posts. He has called her "fire wrapped in grace" and remembered her as someone who selflessly nurtured those around her. In one of his posts, he addressed criticism for sharing their memories online, explaining that Shefali had always enjoyed connecting with fans through social media and that he was simply keeping her spirit alive.
On Raksha Bandhan, Parag honoured Shefali's memory by tying rakhis on behalf of their pet dog Simba and a member of their household staff, reflecting the family values they shared. He also created a special video montage to mark Shefali’s mother’s birthday, continuing to uphold the bonds that meant so much to his wife.
Parag's anniversary post is not just a remembrance of a personal relationship. It is a powerful reminder of the kind of love that does not end with time or absence. Through his words and actions, Parag Tyagi continues to celebrate Shefali’s life, proving that love can truly endure even after loss.
