What does fitness mean to you?

Fitness for me is all about regular schedule comprising a proper diet and sleep.

What efforts do you take to stay fit?

I am actually blessed as I don't have to take much efforts to stay fit. I follow a simple diet. I don't have to think while eating junk food like pizza, burger, ghee, butter or any fattening food.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

No not really.

Do you take protein supplements?

No, I tried before but it was utter waste as it didn't work for my body.

Is there any sport you are skilled at?

Tennis.

A celebrity's body you admire

I admire Bruce Lee's body.

What is your fitness secret?

I don't have any fitness secret as I eat everything but I make sure to jog everyday.

A fitness tip for your fans...

Its not necessary to go to the gym to keep yourself fit, you can simply do any physical activity like jogging, jumping, dancing and more to keep yourself fit.

Loved you as Danny Vyas, Varun Kapoor! Danny was my favorite character on SC other than Saras. Just loved his integrity and how he stood up for the truth, even disowning his own Mother! You rocked as Danny, and I hope we will see you soon on screen!
