I am told that my comic timing is as amazing as Juhi Chawla's: Priyamvada Kant

Actor Priyamvada Kant, who essays the lead role in Tenali Rama, has been getting a great feedback for her character. People have been paying her amazing compliments and there are a few that have really made the actor happy. "The best compliment would be someone said that I look like Kriti Sanon. Also, I am told that my comic timing is as amazing as Juhi Chawla's. She is the prettiest actor and comedian we have and I loved getting this compliment," she says.

Ask her how much can she relate to Sharda, and she says, "Sharda is a very relatable character because she is an extremely happy and bubbly person and a very loving wife. She cares for her family and is very supportive towards them. I think every husband and mother-in-law would want a girl like Sharda. I really enjoy playing this character."

Her show has surely become a favourite with the audience. "The show has morals as well as comedy. That's what really worked with the masses. People often write to me about how much they love the show. They even give us suggestions that we can incorporate," she says.

In fact, the show recently completed 100 episodes. "It feels great. Since the show has started, people are really loving it and the TRP also went up this week. People are giving us so much love, it's almost overwhelming," she says.
