Hitesh and I have started the new journey with the blessings of Ganpati Bappa: Akshita of Iss Mod Se Jaate Hai

Zee TV is back with a fresh story that will make audiences reconsider their approach towards women achieving more than their male counterparts. Such is the conundrum of Paragi Parashar, the female protagonist of Zee TV’s next fiction offering, Iss Mod Se Jaate Hain, who along with her love interest Sanjay Pathak, is preparing for her UPSC exam. While both are extremely motivated towards their joint goal of becoming IAS officers, the show captures the dynamics between the two families after Paragi clears her exam with flying colors and Sanjay doesn’t! The show premiered on 6th December and the protagonists - Sanjay (Hitesh Bharadwaj) and Paragi (Akshita Mudgal) recently visited the popular Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai to seek blessings for their new journey.

Hitesh Bharadwaj and Akshita Mudgal went to Siddhivinayak Temple early in the morning prior to their shoot and sought the blessings of Lord Ganesha.

Akshita Mudgal revealed, “Ever since I started working, I used to visit Siddhivinayak temple very often and I feel whatever you ask from Ganpati ji’s Mushak is always fulfilled. After the launch of Iss Mod Se Jaate Hain, I really wanted to visit Shri Siddhivinayak ji and get his blessings. It is something I generally do, whenever I start something new. My co-star Hitesh also joined in, and we have started this new journey with the blessings of Ganpati Bappa, which makes me feel good. I must add that I am very excited and proud to be playing the role of Paragi and hope everyone keeps showering us with their love and blessings.”

Hitesh Bharadwaj also added, “Siddhivinayak is one of the most peaceful places I have ever visited, and it is a place I always visit whenever my show goes on-air. For Iss Mod Se Jaate Hain, we went there early in the morning, and I have to say it was a magical experience. Our journey has just begun, and I am very eager to live the part of Sanjay Pathak. I just said a thank you to Bappa for everything and I feel very blessed for all the love and appreciation that is coming our way.”

While Paragi and Sanjay are working towards becoming IAS officers, it will be interesting to see what happens after Paragi clears her exam with flying colors and Sanjay doesn’t!
