Do you recall the first day on set and the initial shot you filmed after landing the role of Ahem?
Of course, I remember that day clearly. We tend to remember the happy or proud moments in our lives. It was a Friday, but I can't recall the exact date. It was either at the end of March or the beginning of April. It was our first day of shooting at the film city.
We filmed a scene where I'm driving my Mercedes, and Rashi and my mother-in-law are walking. Accidentally, water splashes onto them from the road. So, I get out of the car, wearing my sunglasses, and apologise for the mishap caused by the driver speeding. The apology was delivered with a certain attitude.
Later that day, they visit our house, and I'm surprised by their presence, as they seem more like locals.
They mentioned that they had shot 15 episodes already but scrapped them because the channel didn't like them. So, I went for the audition and gave a look test again, and this time, I got the role

When asked about his reaction after receiving the script, the actor revealed how he landed the role. He explained, "To be honest, back then, we didn't really think too much about things. Our main concern was getting the job. Before this, I had worked on a Star Plus show called "Shaurya Aur Suhani," but even after that, it was tough for about a year. In between, I did a couple of music videos too. Getting this new show wasn't easy either. I auditioned and did a look test, and they also asked about my pay rate before I even saw the script. I was thrilled to be chosen, but then days went by without any updates. When I followed up, they told me they'd given the role to someone else.

I moved on with my life. I remember I was on the set of CID, about to finish my last day of shooting as a boxer, when I got a call from them asking me to audition again. They mentioned that they had shot 15 episodes already but scrapped them because the channel didn't like them. So, I went for the audition and gave a look test again, and this time, I got the role. Later, I found out that my character is a mama's boy and will eventually marry a poor, uneducated girl.
