Guilt - A Treasure to Remember...

Guilt is a monster that takes over us as we indulge in actions that later we may or may not regret.  Whether its indulging in chocolates and later feeling guilty or violating a law and then regretting it, guilt is an emotion which all of us have faced sometime or the other in our lives. 

We, at Telly Buzz, caught up with some of Indian Television's celebrities to find out instances in which they have felt guilty.  Read on to find out more...

Additi Gupta:
I always feel guilty when I have some bad experience with friends. I also take to a guilt trip when I ask myself as to why I chose such a person to be my friend. The same happens when I fail to keep up to my promise.




Rashmi Desai:
I am very cultured; I have certain ethics in my life. I can't lie and cannot hide things from people, and I really feel guilty when I do that.





Sanaya Irani:
I am very bad at lying, and get caught whenever I do that. This makes me guilty.


Jennifer Winget:
I get guilty when I eat too much and don't have time to work out and maintain my physique. We actors need to maintain ourselves and this tops my priority list. 



Karan Tacker:
I feel guilty when I have a task in mind and I do not complete it. These days, I am on a guilt trip as I am consuming lots of chocolates, with very little time to work out.




Kinshuk Mahajan:
Nothing makes me guilty. I am very careful while doing things.





Arhaan Behll:
Nothing. Most of the time, I do whatever I want to do. If by mistake, I do something wrong, I try my best to rectify it so that I don't feel guilty.






Anas Rashid:
I am feeling guilty that I am still stuck with TV, and I haven't tried in Bollywood.


Guess, most of our favorite actors feel guilty when they do not work out, yet consume a lot.. Is it the same for you folks? Put your thinking caps on, and get your list ready!!
