Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Sai wants to stay with Savi, rejects going back to Ashika

In tonight's episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Savi (Bhavika Sharma) drives home with Rajat, Aman, Mrunmayi, and Sai following Rajat's client meeting. When she suddenly brakes, she apologises and tunes into the radio. Aman remarks that they might lose the contract, and Rajat laments that it has been a terrible day. Aman then inquires about Rajat's car and is puzzled by the fact that Rajat is in this small car. Rajat explains it's a long story and that he's reluctantly stuck with this car for now. 

Mrunmayi criticises Aman and Rajat for their ungratefulness towards Savi. Savi tries to smooth things over, but Aman scolds her to be respectful to Rajat. Mrunmayi accuses Rajat of exploiting Savi's kindness—having her parents jailed, cancelling her wedding, and constantly seeking her help—while questioning how he can consider her his wife. 

Aman exits the car:

Aman tells Rajat that they're overemphasising a small favour and tells Mrunmayi to stop her criticism. Mrunmayi continues her tirade, leading Aman to request Savi to pull over so they can get out. He thanks Savi and, with a disapproving look at Mrunmayi, exits the car. Rajat stays put, and Savi drives away again. Mrunmayi mutters that the person who was supposed to get out didn't.

Raju shares with Shantanu that he's applied for the position of society secretary. Shantanu congratulates him and, in turn, congratulates Shantanu for applying as well, given his experience as a college vice principal. Shantanu expresses doubt about his ability to handle the position due to recent family issues. Raju acknowledges their family differences but suggests they move forward. They spot Savi, Rajat, and Sai arriving and feel pleased. 

Ashika arrives to take Sai:

Rajat mentions he'll take Sai to her grandmother, but Savi says Sai will stay with her until Ashika arrives. Rajat offers to carry the bags, and Savi hands him the sari bags, which he insists on taking. Savi says she doesn't need them and jokes about sending the sari payment via UPI. Rajat responds that he'll send her babysitting fees through his accountant, which confuses Savi.

Ashika arrives at Savi's society, preparing for her act. Tara notices her and informs Bhagyashree. Bhagyashree stops Ashika near the elevator, demanding to know why she's there. Ashika explains that Sai isn't home and that she came to pick her up. Bhagyashree becomes worried and questions Ashika about Sai's whereabouts. Ashika clarifies that Sai is with Savi and tries to reassure Bhagyashree. Rajat steps in, confirming that Sai is at Savi's house, and takes Bhagyashree home to explain. Savi watches the scene unfold.

Savi confronts Ashika:

At her house, Savi confronts Ashika about Sai looking upset when Mrs. Pereira dropped her off. Ashika feigns ignorance and starts acting, claiming she loves Sai and asking why Savi didn't inform her. Savi points out that she tried calling Ashika multiple times, but Ashika was either sleeping or had her phone off due to her late-night lifestyle. Ashika insists she was given sleeping pills by Arsh due to her fear of Rajat taking Sai away.

Sai emerges from the room with a chocolate puppy, and Savi notices her reluctance to go back with Ashika. Sai expresses her desire to stay with Savi, saying she feels scared at her mother's place. Savi, adhering to the court order, explains that children usually live with their mothers, and she reassures Sai that her family will come to see her. Savi persuades Sai to go with Ashika, who thanks her before leaving. 

Isha questions Savi's decision, noting that Sai wanted to stay with her. Savi explains that Sai is now with her mother, hoping for her happiness. Isha says Sai's parents are still at odds, but Savi insists that she wants Sai to have the love she deserves and feels she has no place in Sai's life.

Precap for the next episode:

In the precap, during the Satyanarayan pooja, Rajat apologises to the deity for pretending to be Savi's husband. Savi apologises for acting as Rajat's wife during the aarti. As a cotton seed flower falls on them, Sai prays to God to keep her close to both her papa and Sai aunty always.
