Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Sai safely returns home

In tonight's episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, the Bhosale family enthusiastically prepares for Ganapati Bappa's arrival with a traditional Marathi dance in their housing society. Isha encourages Bhagyashree and Tara to join in the celebration, handing them lezim musical instruments and inviting them to dance along with her group. Savi joins Sai in dancing, and Sai asks her where her father is.

Rajat makes a dramatic entrance, dressed in traditional pagdi. The music suddenly halts as Vaiju from Maati Se Bandhi Dor arrives with Rajvijay and performs a Marathi song. Savi admires her performance and interacts with her, while Bhagyashree invites Vaiju to join them and celebrate with Sai. As Savi heads towards her car to bring Sai's water bottle, a boy named Rohan bumps into her and flees, leaving behind his bag. Savi retrieves the bag and notices men searching for him.

Rajat refuses to donate blood:

Sai presents a large modak in front of Bappa's idol and shows it to Bhagyashree, who then suggests that they should get a similar modak for themselves. Sai decides to show it to Rajat and walks towards him when a speeding car hits her. She collapses, seriously injured and unconscious. Savi rushes to her side, and Rajat angrily confronts the driver. Rajendra urges Rajat to focus on saving Sai rather than arguing with the driver. 

Rajat carries Sai to the hospital, where the doctor reveals that Sai has lost a lot of blood and requires a rare O negative blood type. Savi offers her B negative blood, but the doctor explains it is not compatible. Rajat refuses to get tested, recalling Arsh's claim that Sai is not his daughter. Savi is taken aback by Rajat's refusal.

Vaiju saves Sai's life:

Sai calls Ashika to inform her of the accident and the need for O negative blood. Ashika, who cannot donate due to her blood type, suggests checking with Rajat. Arsh, overhearing the conversation, smiles slyly and decides to visit Sai. Rajat contacts blood banks but still refuses to have his blood type tested. Savi confronts him about his reluctance, leading to an argument. 

Meanwhile, Vaiju, who has O negative blood, decides to donate it. When Ashika and Arsh arrive, Ashika confirms she cannot donate, but Arsh offers to help. Just then, a nurse announces that blood has already been donated, revealing that Vaiju is the donor. Savi thanks Vaiju, acknowledging her as a lifesaver and feeling grateful for her support. Vaiju responds that it was simply her duty to help.

Ranvijay applies Sindhoor to Vaiju:

Vaiju and Rajvijay explain that they are in Mumbai searching for Rohan, an orphan who lived with them and whose belongings were stolen. Rajat offers to help locate Rohan. Rajvijay calls Jaya to request Rohan's photo, and Savi takes them home for the festival pooja. The families come together to perform the Ganapati pooja. Savi encourages Sai to make a wish to Bappa through Mushak Ji, hoping for her speedy recovery. However, Sai wishes for her father to show her love again. Isha notices Vaiju's empty hairline and suggests that Ranvijay apply sindhoor to it. As Ranvijay hesitates, Jaya calls with an update, causing him to momentarily drop the sindhoor, which accidentally falls on Vaiju's hairline.

Meanwhile, Rajat receives alarming news that the koita/sickle gang has kidnapped Rohan. The gang, led by an orphanage warden, threatens Rohan, who pleads for his life, revealing he had returned their drugs. The warden insists Rohan was supposed to deliver drugs worth 5 crores. Rajat and Ranvijay arrive at the scene, and Rajat distracts the gang while Ranvijay rescues Rohan. Despite being captured by the goons, Savi and Vaiju, along with their team, come to the rescue. The action continues as they fight to save Rohan and deal with the ongoing threat.
