Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Rajat discovers Savi's plan, aims for Mrunmayee's engagement to Sagar

In tonight's episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Sagar expresses his admiration for Mrunmayee, declaring that he has never seen anyone as beautiful as her and is eager to marry her soon. Ahana congratulates Mrunmayee and inquires about the engagement date. Isha reveals that it will coincide with Ahana and Aman's engagement, as their pandit has deemed it an auspicious occasion. Ahana continues to celebrate Mrunmayee, encouraging her to share the joyous news with everyone.

Rajat, puzzled by Sagar's sudden appearance, asks about his background. Savi informs him that Sagar has returned from the USA and praises Mrunmayee for finding someone who is decisive and independent. Rajat agrees while Savi decides to share the exciting news with Milind first.

Meanwhile, Milind is busy checking the roll numbers of MBA students when he learns that Lucky's roll number is 84. This jogs his memory, linking Lucky to a previous scandal involving leaked exam papers. 

Rajat learns about Jigar's release from jail:

Determined to gather evidence against Lucky and his friends, he plots to inform Shantanu about their misdeeds. In the parking lot, Milind encounters Lucky, who denies sending sweets to him but shifts the blame to his friends. Milind, feigning support, expresses his appreciation for the sweets and offers to help Lucky and his friends cheat in the upcoming exams. Excited by the prospect, Lucky agrees to gather his friends. However, when he returns to retrieve his earpods, he overhears Milind on the phone discussing his plan to expose the boys involved in the paper leak, prompting Lucky to seek revenge.

Savi brings sweets representing Mrunmayee's alliance to the Thakkar family, but Bhagyashree is visibly displeased, feeling that Savi has disrupted Tara's life yet is now celebrating her sister's happiness. As Tara walks past, Savi tries to offer her sweets, but Tara dismisses her. Later, Aman confronts Savi about her hasty decision to arrange Mrunmayee's marriage so quickly. Savi reassures him that everything is under control and emphasises the urgency, as Sagar needs to return to the US soon. Despite Savi's insistence, Aman attempts to sway her against Mrunmayee’s marriage, asserting that Mrunmayee might struggle to adjust to life in the US due to her migraines. He raises concerns about how she would cope without Milk and jalebi. Savi counters his worries by highlighting Sagar's culinary skills, stating that he will take good care of her. She confidently asserts that just as Rajat found the best match for Aman, she has also selected the perfect partner for Mrunmayee. Savi urges Aman to concentrate on his own engagement.

Meanwhile, Rajat's lawyer updates him that Arsh has secured Jigar's release from jail, to which Rajat responds cynically, given Arsh's notorious reputation. Later, Tara confronts Jigar, urging him to reconsider accepting Arsh's help, as she perceives him as a malicious influence. Jigar, however, insists he had no choice and explains that Arsh even offered him a job. Tara resolves to stay with Jigar, refusing to return to the Thakkar household. Jigar persuades her to remain with his family until he can stabilise his situation and dismantle Savi's plans.

Rajat devices a plan:

Sagar attempts to reassure his girlfriend, Sheetal, that his involvement with Savi is purely to help Mrunmayee and Aman. Savi approaches them, asking for just two more days. Sagar agrees to help Savi by making Aman accept his true feelings for Mrunmayee. Rajat learns Savi's plan by overhearing their conversation and becomes determined to get Mrunmayee engaged to Sagar. Back at home, Mrunmayee confides in Savi about her doubts regarding Aman's feelings. Savi believes Aman is torn between Rajat's expectations and Mrunmayee's affection, suggesting they give him some time. However, Mrunmayee expresses her reluctance to marry Sagar. Sagar, seemingly ready to move on, claims that Sheetal is open to a relationship with him. 

Savi assures Mrunmayee that they can call off the engagement if necessary. Just then, Rajat enters and announces they should indeed consider cancelling the engagement. When Mrunmayee asks if he's referring to Aman and Ahana, Rajat clarifies that he is talking about the impending engagement of Mrunmayee and Sagar. He reveals that his decorators checked the engagement hall and discovered it hasn't been booked. Savi insists on verifying this information, but Rajat confirms he has already done so and has decided to arrange the engagements of Aman/Ahana and Mrunmayee/Sagar in the same venue, leaving everyone tense and apprehensive.
