Gangaa Revamp Scrapped!

It was earlier reported that the show is about to go for a revamp but apparently the makers have changed their mind...

&TV's Gangaa was recently in the news for the whole story line being retreated as the show was set for a revamp. In fact, all the other actors except for Vishal Vashishth and Aditi Sharma were supposed to quit the show.

But the latest we hear is that the makers of the show have changed their mind and the show will not be going for a revamp now. The storyline and the characters that were set to make an exit from the show will get retained. According to our sources, we hear that the show might go off-air as well. However, nothing is yet confirmed as of now.

We tried contacting Vishal who remained unavailable for comment. We also tried to get in touch with Hiten Tejwani but he had no clue about the development.

I believe that the show is in need of a revamp or maybe a leap of about five years. It has loss its structure and the story telling has become too unbelieveable and far-fetched. There are a lots a frustrated viewers because characters go from nice to bad and fall in and out of love at a drop of a hat, Plot are change without finishing off many of the main ongoing tracks. We the viewers want the story to revolve around Ganga and Sagar and no more three way love story PLEASE.
There is know need to replace the main supporting actors but somethings has to be done to bring the show back to first class.

Whereas I know, all &tv shows have low TRPs. I think Gangaa should go off air. I have also heard news or rumours about Santoshi Maa, Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum and Bhabhi Ji ghar par hai going off air soon. Meri Awaaaz hi pehchaan hai is finite and is ending in september. I think these changes should happen to get higher TRPs. Lets see if a show can get a higher TRP than Naagin which is almost impossible

I am glad cvs changed their mind and decided to retain the old characters.. The show is going good and the actors Vishal Vashishta and Aditi Sharma are doing very good as Sagar and Gangaa.. The show still has so much potential and I don't want such a nice show to go Off air..

It is one of the most successful show of AndTV and I am sure they dont want to lose such a nice show. I am happy that the revamp is not gonna happen because all the chars of the show are well appreciated by the viewers. In fact it has got loyal fan base and a decent TRP too. I hope they will concentrate more on Sagar & Ganga's story and their journey rather than any other character.
