From Qubool Hai to Mastaangi: Ankit Raj is back on TV!

The show, 'Qubool Hai' has gone off-air for almost three months now and is missed dearly by his fans. And in one of the seasons, it was actor Ankit Raaj's portrayal of Amaad Iqbal that also garnered a lot of appreciation.

Now, Ankit is back on televison with a new role. The actor will be soon seen playing the parallel lead in Channel V's show, 'Mastaangi'.

Keeping his chiselled physique and macho personality in mind, the role is almost tailor-made for Ankit. He will be essaying the role of a boxing coach and will be instrumental in the showdown between Karan (Aakash Talwar) and Ria (Swati Kapoor) in the on-going 'Sword of Honour tournament.

Ankit's role will have the characteristics of being a taskmaster, efficient and dedicated Rajasthani guy. His motto is horse-eyed where his only focus will be on his path to fulfil his father's aspirations.
