Fortunate to be a part of a show like Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali: Kushagre Dua

Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali on Star Plus has undoubtedly been one of the most talked about shows and continues to grab a lot of attention on social media. While the story is centered around Pallavi and Raghav, it also has a bunch of additional characters. And among those who do draw everyone's attention, also happens to be Kushagre Dua aka Sunny. India Forums got in touch with him about his journey and the role so far, and here's what he said.

About his journey, Dua said, ''As of now, it has been a great journey, my handwork really paid off since I have a theatre background and I did not have to struggle much as soon as I came here, with no godfather in the industry. People have really started recognizing my work after Divya Drishti, all my hard work paid off, thanks to the theatre background. I have been fortunate enough to be at the right place at the right time.''

Ask him if the character of Sunny is going the way he visualised it to, and he agrees. He told us, ''Of course, I have been exploring the negative shade left right centre. I have not explored this much, I have been fortunate once again because I got to play Sunny in Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali. Right now, I am on sky high and loving the current track after marriage to Keerti, and moving to the house, and I am loving all the drama, etc. It is happening because how Pallavi keeps showing me down, but I am trying to show what her husband is upto and you don't know what he is upto. I want to unleash Ragahv's truth in front of Pallavi and his small mistakes, and the smuggling, and I want to show her that I am not alone in this world, there's your husband too.''
