Digvijay Purohit on His Character Details in ZEE5 Series State of Siege 26/11

ZEE5 is coming with yet another intriguing and interesting content, State of Siege 26/11 that also marks the digital debut of actors Arjun Bijlani and Vivek Dahiya. The series is inspired by the book Black Tornado: The Three Sieges Of Mumbai 26/11 by Sandeep Unnithan and it revolves around the terrorist attacks that happened in Mumbai on 26 November, 2008.

We got in touch with actor Digvijay Purohit who has been roped in to play a crucial role in the series. He revealed more about his character details in the show by saying, “I’m playing the role of Lieutenant Colonel Aniruddh Das. The character is based on Mr. Sandeep Singh. The real character’s name is Sandeep Singh, they have just changed the character’s name. And Mr. Sandeep Singh was also a consultant in the web series, he was there on the sets to guide us, how to hold the gun, what should be the body language and what kind of things he faced while doing the operation.” 

Talking about his experience while shooting, he stated that, “The shooting experience has been fabulous. I must have shot for 12-13 days and it was totally different.”
