Did Tusshar Kapoor get a legal notice?

Time doesn't seem to be favorable for actor Tusshar Kapoor as he has landed himself in a new trouble. The actor appears to be caught up between two of his upcoming films 'Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3' and 'Mastizaade'. As both the films are of the same genre, there's no doubt that the team of the respective films will leave any stone unturned to make it a success.

Mastizaade is produced by Ranjita Pritish Nandy whereas KKHH3 is produced by Tushar's sister Ekta Kapoor.

Producer of Mastizaade, Rangita Pritish Nandy is disappointed with Tusshar as she claims that the actor doesn't shell out enough time to promote her film. As such, she is heard to have sent a legal notice to Tusshar with respect to the same.

According to reports in a leading daily, Tusshar was shocked to know that both of his films will be releasing back to back i.e. on 22 and 29^th January. 

The actor is also quoted saying, "It will hurt the box office prospects of the film as both are adult comedies. It was disturbing for me when the announcement was made. But having said that, I would like to mention that this is KKHH3's first announcement Mastizaade announced a few dates earlier and later changed them. They were to release last October and then on December, 6^th. [sic]

The actor further clarified in his statement that, "I won't play favorites. I am an actor. I will promote one film at a time. [sic]

We wish that thing get sorted between the Tusshar and Rangita soon.
