Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar threatens to expose "Unseen" evidence against Jacqueline Fernandez

Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez finds herself entangled in a legal web as conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar turns the tables against her. After Jacqueline approached the Delhi High Court, seeking the dismissal of charges in the Rs 200-crore money laundering case, Sukesh has retaliated, promising to expose "unseen" evidence against her.

In response to Jacqueline's appeal, Sukesh alleges biased investigations and vows to reveal the truth about "this person," confirming through his lawyer, Advocate Anant Malik, that he is referring to Jacqueline.

Jacqueline, who claims to be a victim of Sukesh's trap, seeks protection from intimidation. She insists that the case against her is a targeted attack by Sukesh Chandrashekhar.

Sukesh, in a fresh letter, pledges to disclose undisclosed evidence, including chats, screenshots, and recordings, exposing the reality of "that person." He plans to unveil overseas financial transactions and secret investments made to allegedly enhance Jacqueline's social media presence.

Alleging payments worth millions of dollars for social platform enhancement to compete with a prominent colleague, Sukesh asserts that he will bring forth all relevant payment invoices.

Expressing his shattered feelings, Sukesh emphasizes the importance of revealing the truth, stating, "Realisation is very important for one. You can’t let anyone stab you or underestimate or take you for granted."

In response to the legal battle, the Delhi High Court issues a notice to the Enforcement Directorate on Jacqueline's petition, challenging the money laundering case. The actress contests the ED's complaint, seeking to quash the charges under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
