Which is your most memorable kitchen moment, happy or a disastrous one?

I am very good in making Puri - Bhaji. So, once my mother asked me to make it. While putting the puri in the oil, my phone rang and so to check my phone I put my hand in the oil. My hand was burnt badly so, I would say it was the most disastrous one as after than I have never made Puri-bhaji.

Which is your quick, cheap, healthy meal?

Vegetable sandwich and strawberry smoothie.
