His wife Nouran Aly has now confirmed that he does indeed consume imported tobacco. However, what he uses is organic tobacco. Well, it basically means tobacco that is cultivated without the use of any chemicals or pesticides or fertilizers. It is not safer than regular tobacco as per experts. In fact, organic tobacco is also a mix of herbs like peppermint, rose petals, lemongrass, basil and so on in some cases. It is seen as a tobacco cessation product for chain smokers. It helps them quit in some situations.

The actor said he has three daughters. It seems she has two kids from her first marriage, while Layan is the biological child of Vivian and Nouran. He said there was no greater feeling than being the parent to a girl child and knowing that you are her hero.
