Bigg Boss 18: Urmila Matondkar to be a part of Salman Khan's show?

Urmila Matondkar has been in the news of late as it is reported that she might separate from her husband, Mohsin Akhtar Mir. Both have been living separately for some time now. It seems they have filed for divorce but it hardly amicable. They have not come on mutual terms for the same. This was reported by Hindustan Times. Now, there is buzz that Urmila Matondkar might be a part of Bigg Boss 18. The names of quite a few 90s and 2000s actresses have done the rounds. 

The Rangeela actress was last seen in some Marathi projects. The stunner got married to model and Kashmiri businessman Mohsin Akhtar Mir in 2016. He is a decade younger to her. He works closely with Manish Malhotra with his Kashmiri handloom/embroidery business. Mir met Urmila at the wedding of Manish Malhotra’s niece. The couple had a quiet wedding at the actress’ Bandra home. She is also a part of the Congress party. In the past, Archana Gautam, Sonali Phogat, Ravi Kishan are some of the celebs with a political angle who had come on the show. Urmila Matondkar had credited Mohsin Akhtar Mir for helping her in the political career. There are some nasty blind items doing the rounds on Bollywood gossip pages that apparently allude to the issues between the actor and her husband. 

The Rangeela girl on Bigg Boss 18?

Salman Khan and Urmila Matondkar have had a good working relationship. They did Jaanam Samjha Karo in 1999 that had superhit music including the song Sabki Baaratein Aayi. The name of Shanthi Priya was also doing the rounds as a contestant. She said it was just rumours. Actress Shilpa Shirodkar is confirmed for the show. She is the sister-in-law of South superstar Mahesh Babu. Fans know her from the David Dhawan movie Aankhen and the song Aangna Main Baba, Kuaan Main Gayee Maa. 

Even the name of Sameera Reddy is floating around. A very well-known actress in Bollywood and South India, Sameera has been away from the limelight for years now. She lives in Goa with her two kids. Her husband Akshai Varde is an automobile entrepreneur. The theme is that of time travel. This explains why they have a list of contestants who span across times and generations on the show.
