Bigg Boss 18 has been providing the perfect mix of entertainment and drama for its audience. In a deeply emotional segment of Bigg Boss 18, life coach Arfeen Khan revealed painful experiences from his and his wife Sara's lives. Amid a tense situation in the house, Bigg Boss declared that Sara would exit the show within 24 hours at Arfeen's request, resulting in a significant conflict between the couple.

In a heartfelt discussion, Arfeen expressed his protective feelings for Sara and the tough choices he faced. He disclosed distressing details from their history, including a heartbreaking miscarriage that happened following a car accident, just one year into their marriage.

“I am her husband and I am protective towards her. I don’t think she is weak but I have to take difficult decisions at times. You don’t know what we have been through, what she has been through. We had miscarriage twice. Once we were in a car crash, she was carrying twins. It was just a year after our marriage. It was her birthday,” Arfeen explained, revealing the pain they endured. “People would pressure us to have kids, but they didn’t know the struggles we were facing,” he added.

The emotional revelations continued as Arfeen spoke about another tragedy in Sara’s life—the unexpected passing of her father shortly after their wedding in Dubai. He recounted the moment he discovered her father hanging and had to protect Sara from witnessing that traumatic sight. “I became her support,” he expressed, highlighting the strong bond they share. Sara was very close to her father, and this loss profoundly impacted her.
