Big Reveal: Arjit Taneja Starrer Bahu Begum is a Story of Two Rival Nawabi Families!

Amidst the trend of supernatural and mythological shows, Colors’ is now coming up with a new drama Bahu Begum. Produced by Prateek Sharma, the show will feature Arjit Taneja, Samiksha Jaiswal, Simone Singh, Mohammad Nazim and Rehaan Roy in lead roles. The show was creating a lot of buzz since a long time but there was no news about the storyline of the show.

Colors recently dropped a teaser of the show starring Arjit Taneja who plays Azaan Akhtar Mirza in the show. In the teaser, he is seen introducing his character and story of his life. He speaks about breaking rules of love and relationships and how he broke a rule of love, not because of his will but due to the circumstances.

According to our sources, the story of the show is based on two rival nawabi families.The titular character will be played by Simone Singh who is the ultimate authority and nobody goes beyond her words. Also according to our sources the show will have two female leads, one of which will be played by Zindagi Ki Mehak fame Samiksha Jaiswal who will romance Arjit’s character and the parallel lead will be played by Parrvish fame Diana Khan.
