Bhide from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah shuts down rumors of leaving show; slams misuse of social media

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah frequently hits the headlines with rumors about cast members exiting the show. Abdul, known as Sharad Sankla, recently shut down these rumors. Now, Aatmaram Bhide, aka Mandar Chandwadkar, has also denied the speculations about leaving the show. Chandwadkar took to his Instagram to share a video addressing the false reports and emphasizing the inappropriate use of social media.

The video began with Mandar sending Janmashtami wishes to his fans. He mentioned that his wife alerted him about a viral video claiming his departure from the show. The Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah star also addressed the thumbnail of the video, which falsely stated, 'Goli has been removed, today I will reveal the whole truth about the TMKOC set, Daya Bhabhi will not return, and I will also quit the show.'

The Marathi actor added, "Mujhe bahut aascharya hota hai, dukh bhi hota hai iss baat ka ki social media platform ka log kaise galat fayda uthate hain. Yeh jo aap dekh rahe hain image wo jab 16 saal pura huye the tab main live gaya tha. Sabke saath baat karne ke liye aur usmein se yeh image capture karke yahan pe uska thumbnail banaya gaya hai (I am very surprised and saddened to see how people take the wrong advantage of social media platforms. The image you are seeing was when I went live to talk to everyone after the show completed 16 years, and this image was captured from it and used in the thumbnail)."

In his caption, the actor urged his fans to disregard rumors and refrain from spreading them. Mandar Chandwadkar reassured that he would persist in entertaining people as he has been doing since 2008.
