Banita Sandhu on 'With You' song: "AP raised the standards and definitely started a movement"

Banita Sandhu, the actress who made her debut in Bollywood with Varun Dhawan starrer 'October', is currently stealing the limelight for her appearance in the Netflix show Bridgerton's season 3. She is seen laying Miss Malhotra, a suitable debutant for the season. 

Apart from this, Banita also made headlines when singer AP Dhillon released the song 'With You' featuring her as the duo shared fun and cosy moments on a trip together, making it a sensational video with the song trending everywhere and the duo setting new standards for couples. 

Talking about the same with India Forums, Banita shed light on the success of the song, quoting, "I just want to say thank you so much. The reels that came from that video made me cry. They made me laugh. They made my heart warm. It was the most immense, incredible response. I really genuinely, from the bottom of my heart, did not expect this. And I'm just so thankful."

When question about how she has raised the bar for all the couple's out there she mentioned, "I don't know if I raised the standards, Maybe AP did. But it definitely started a movement, that's for sure. And it was really cool to see."

Meanwhile, AP Dhillon rose to fame with chart-topping hits like "Excuses," "Summer High," "Dil Nu," and more. His impressive list of successes also includes "All Night," "Hills," "Desires," "Wo Noor," "With You" and many others. In 2023, a documentary titled  "AP Dhillon: First Of A Kind" premiered on Prime Video, giving fans a glimpse into his life story.

On the other hand, Banita Sandhu will soon be seen in the Telugu film 'G2'. Apart from that she will also be a part of a Bollywood ensemble film. The announcement of the movie, the cast and the release details will be out soon.
