Ashi Singh to be retained as the lead of 'Meet Badlegi Duniya Ki Reet' post leap

Zee TV's show Meet Badlegi Duniya Ki Reet is all set to take a leap. The show stars Ashi Singh and Shagun Pandey in the lead roles. There have been speculation of both Ashi and Shagun quitting the show post leap. Well, India Forums has learnt an exclusive developement on the same.
While there were a lot of speculations around the names of actors who can be roped in as the leads of the show post leap, A source close to the show has informed us about the upcoming development and this will make fans of Ashi pretty happy. Our source tells us that the actress will be retained in the show post leap however Shagun will call it quits. Our source informs, ''The channel has decided to continue with Ashi post leap and she will be retained. However, a new name as the male lead of the show will come on board.''

I already knew that they will retain her because her daughter was shown to be just like her. So she will grow up to be a tomboy and the concept will be exactly the same. It's so boring. And obviously they will make her wear that hideous wig again.I feel that Ashi should have tried a different role now and left this show. The makers should also try something new. Also both characters had a troubled son. Why not retain Shagun and the son grows up to look like His father, the first husband but be dara sehma hua sa like he is now? Anyway tv is a women centric medium and they will never prioritose the male actors.

Sorry this is very unfortunate. Ashi fans wanted to see her in doing new things not this show anymore. Already she has given 2 years to it. She should have moved on.
