Arjun Kapoor Praises Varun, Samantha’s Citadel Honey Bunny’s Trailer; Calls It 'Epic Ride'

The trailer of web series Citadel Honey Bunny dropped on Tuesday and has been trending ever since. Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu are gearing up to share the screen for the first time. Both fans and celebrities are impressed with the action drama.

Arjun Kapoor also praised Varun Dhawan’s Citadel trailer on Instagram, expressing his excitement and admiration for the impressive action-packed visuals. He shared the trailer and wrote, “Buckle up, because this one is going to be an epic ride!” 

Alia Bhatt also shared the trailer of Citadel: Honey Bunny and added her thoughts on it., “This looks so good. My favorites smashing it. @samantharuthprabhuoffl and @varundvn.”  Karan Johar wrote on his IG stories, “This looks kicka*s. And cannot wait for @samantharuthprabhuoffl and @varundvn to kick some a*s. Best of luck Honey and Bunny.”

Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who stars in the American spy-action series Citadel alongside Richard Madden, also took a moment from her hectic schedule to commend Varun and Samantha. She expressed her support for team India on social media., “Back to where it all began for Nadia… the original story… Citadel: Honey Bunny trailer out now. @samantharuthprabhuoffl and @varundvn you are incredible this season. @rajanddk are exceptional.”

In the series, PeeCee portrays Nadia Sinh, a highly skilled Citadel spy agent. She is also in the midst of filming the second season of the show.

For those who don't know, Citadel: Honey Bunny is developed by Raj & DK, with writing and direction by Raj & DK and Sita Menon. In addition to Varun and Samantha, the cast includes Kay Kay Menon, Simran Bagga, and Emma Canning. The series is set to premiere on November 7, 2024, on Amazon Prime Video.
