Anupamaa: Toshu’s plan to sell Asha Bhavan unfolds

Star Plus Anupamaa leads the TRP charts as Anuj, Anupama, and Aadhya reunite. The Shah family, now homeless after Vanraj's disappearance, faces Rajpal's sarcastic remarks about property tax, while Anu insists they will pay in full despite his predictions.

As Anuj and Anu's wedding festivities go on, Toshu comes up with an evil plan. Toshu meets Rajpal at a local tea stall. Rajpal is annoyed, questioning why he was called there, but Toshu remains calm and orders tea. He surprises Rajpal by claiming he can sell Asha Bhawan, capturing his interest. Despite Rajpal's doubt, Toshu negotiates for a 20% cut from the deal. After some back and forth, he pleads for just 5%, and to his surprise, Rajpal agrees, boosting Toshu's confidence.

Meanwhile, Anupamaa hurries to pack a box for Anuj’s trip. They have a ceremony to attend before he leaves. Anupamaa feels stressed as she gets ready. Toshu comes up with his plan, seeing Anupamaa busy, and he feels confident.

Suddenly, Toshu slips, and the papers fly everywhere. Anupamaa walks in at that moment, surprising him. He panics, trying to pick up the papers before she sees them. Anupamaa watches him closely, sensing something is off.

One paper lands at Anupamaa's feet, and she picks it up, looking at Toshu with suspicion. He feels nervous, worried that his plan might fail. Anupamaa asks him about the file, and Toshu quickly makes up a story, saying he is looking for a job. He claims he needs to show his documents to his friends, who tease him for being jobless.

As Toshu walks away, he feels relieved, thinking he has tricked his mother. But Anupamaa’s expression shows she is suspicious. The audience is left wondering how Toshu will get Anupamaa's signature without revealing his true plan.
