Anupamaa leap promo: Anupama and Adhya part ways again; Shivam Khajuria and Alisha Parveen join the cast

Star Plus' Anupamaa continues to captivate audiences, consistently ranking high in TRP charts due to its engaging mix of drama and emotional storytelling. The newly released promo by Star Plus puts all the rumours to rest, officially showcasing the generation leap featuring Rupali Ganguly as Anupamaa, Alisha Parveen as the grown-up Adhya, and Shivam Khajuria, who will portray Adhya's love interest, Prem. However, the promo also raises questions about whether Gaurav Khanna will be part of the show moving forward.

The promo offers a glimpse into this new chapter, showcasing Anupama donning spectacles as she runs her business, Anu Ki Rasoi. Despite facing challenges, she has successfully transitioned from a food stall to a full-fledged restaurant. 

In the promo, Anupama counts her earnings and worries about the losses she has incurred when Prem, played by Shivam Khajuria, enters the scene as her business partner, raising the question of Anju’s whereabouts. Prem reassures her not to worry, reminding her that time has a way of turning things around. Anupama nods in agreement and hands him a halwa prasad for Adhya's birthday, asking him to offer it at Dwarka, to which he readily agrees before leaving.

Meanwhile, Adhya, portrayed by Alisha Parveen, is seen enjoying herself near Dwarka as a tour guide, drumming up business while searching for clients. She approaches a Korean couple, who decline her services. At that moment, Prem arrives with the prasad, and Adhya notices him, reflecting on the importance of local support when foreign clients aren't available. She holds his hand and decides to show him the VIP sights of Dwarka.

As Adhya prays, Prem becomes enchanted by her, and after his offering to God, he plans to share some with Adhya. Upon tasting the prasad, Adhya reminisces about Anupama, expressing that it reminds her of her mother. When asked if her mother is alive, Adhya responds that while she exists in this world, she feels disconnected from her mother's reality, poignantly reflecting on the complexities of relationships and distance.

The looming question that arises is: Will broken relationships and shattered hearts find a connection through a stranger's efforts?
