Anupamaa: Aryan almost gets caught with drugs on his wedding day

Rupali Ganguly starrer Anupamaa continues to keep viewers engaged with its dramatic and unexpected twists. The current storyline focuses on Aryan and Mahi’s wedding. While both families were initially against the alliance, they have now agreed to a simple, traditional ceremony after the couple secretly got married in a temple.

However, the wedding track is filled with drama. Gautam is seeking revenge after receiving divorce papers from Prathana. On the other hand, Raghav’s unexpected love confession has created a stir, with the Kotharis questioning Anupama’s closeness with him. Despite the chaos, both families have decided to put their differences aside and focus on Aryan and Mahi’s wedding.

As the celebrations begin, Aryan’s health begins to worsen. What no one knows is that Aryan is struggling with drug addiction. His life has changed a lot since he fell in love with Mahi. He’s become more caring, especially toward his mother, whom he once disliked. While Aryan recently admitted to Mahi that he used to take drugs, he assured her that he has stopped. Mahi, in turn, promised to stand by him and support their future together.

In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, the much-awaited wedding day finally arrives. The groom’s side reaches the bride’s house with full enthusiasm, dancing and celebrating. As the baraat enters, the Shah family is all set to welcome them. Everyone is dressed in festive attire and is in a cheerful mood. Anupama performs the welcoming rituals for Aryan, including the traditional nose-pulling ceremony.

The scene then shifts to Aryan spending time with his friends. One of them unexpectedly shows him a packet of drugs, leaving Aryan shocked. He quickly hides it and tells his friends that he has promised Mahi to stay away from drugs. But instead of supporting him, his friends taunt him and say he shouldn’t be controlled by his partner. One of them even puts the packet into Aryan’s hand and pressures him to use it, which leaves Aryan feeling anxious and scared.

Meanwhile, Anupama is busy attending to guests but senses something unusual when she notices Aryan. He immediately hides the packet in his pocket upon seeing her. Later, while they’re having a conversation and Aryan tries to leave, Anupama holds his hand to stop him. This causes the drug packet to fall to the ground, leaving Aryan in shock.
