Anupamaa: Anupama reels from past tragedy, seeks reunion with Anuj and Aadhya

Six months have passed, and Anupama (Rupali Ganguly), in her dreams, shares a stage with Aadhya to perform a heartfelt dance. As Anupama awakens, she sees a photo of Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) and Aadhya, stirring memories and pain. Reflecting on her past, she recalls that she was supposed to meet Anuj six months ago. 

In a flashback, Anuj is seen worrying about Aadhya's actions while Anupama eagerly waits for his call. Meanwhile, Anuj is hastily making his way back to Aadhya, urging the driver to hurry to prevent Aadhya from making any drastic decisions. Anxious and preoccupied, he throws his phone into the car when Anupama tries to contact him, eagerly awaiting his arrival. When Anupama asks if he is coming to take her back, Anuj regretfully tells her he cannot come at that moment. Suddenly, Anuj's cab breaks down, forcing him to rush onto the road. Anupama, sensing something is wrong, inquires further. Just as Anuj is about to reveal the situation with Aadhya, a car hits him, and at that same moment, another car hits Anupama. The scene then transitions to the devastating accident that altered their lives forever.

Anupama misses Anuj:

Back to the present day, Anupama, gazing at the photo frame, wonders where Anuj is. She recalls her attempts to contact him, but everyone reassured her that he was fine and that Aadhya was in the hostel. She even pleaded for information about Anuj's whereabouts, expressing her deep longing to see both Aadhya and Anuj again, but no one provided any answers. Anupama questions whether Anuj doesn't want to see her and wishes for just one more meeting with him. 

Using a stick for support, she walks and prays to God to take care of everyone at Aasha Bhawan, wishing for their happiness. Anupama's thoughts drift back to Anuj, and in another flashback, both Anuj and Anupama confess that they cannot live without each other, bringing tears to Anupama's eyes.

Meanwhile, Vanraj is seen focusing on his fitness, building his body, but gets irritated with Pakhi. Leela approaches Vanraj, asking him to buy her good shoes, and suggests that he should focus more on Meenu, who has now become a doctor. Vanraj, feeling annoyed, tells Leela not to lecture him as he is aware of his responsibilities, which leaves Leela upset. Vanraj then turns his thoughts towards his business matters.

Sagar saves Anupama from a potential accident:

Anupama is seen feeding a cow, a dog, and birds, commenting that only dogs remain loyal these days. She converses with the birds and nearly slips while climbing the stairs, but Sagar comes to her aid. Anupama expresses her concerns about ageing, but Sagar reassures her, acknowledging her hard work. She encourages Sagar to pursue a career as a lawyer, which makes him emotional. Anupama then tells Sagar to prepare for Nandita's visit, and Sagar reassures her not to worry. As Anupama glances at a building, anger wells up inside her.
