Tonight's episode of Anupamaa begins with a heated argument between Rahi and Anupama. Anupama emphasises that walking the path of truth is never easy, while Rahi expresses her unwillingness to endure such challenges, unlike the older generation. Anupama firmly counters, asserting that the value of truth remains constant across generations, leading to a clash of perspectives.

Rahi then provocatively declares that, for now, they can watch the Shah family's downfall together. She proclaims herself the victor, claiming to have god's blessings on her side. Criticising Anupama, Rahi recalls Anupama's own statements about her mother's blessings, accusing her of sharing the blessings with everyone when she craved for herself.

In her defence, Anupama explains that a mother's love is never partial toward one child. However, Rahi retorts that if she had been prioritised, she would have addressed Anupama as a "mother" instead of calling her by name. Rahi takes it upon herself to teach the children the true meaning of winning and losing. Expressing deep disappointment in Anupama, she admits her hatred for her has grown stronger. Rahi then declares her intention to leave the family, repaying the money owed before her departure, and storms out of the scene.

Rahi begins preparing her costume for the finale, unable to afford a new one. Prem joins her, mocking her for severing ties with the family. He points out that while Rahi claims to hate the family, her actions suggest otherwise. Prem accuses her of pretending to despise them while still harbouring love for them deep down.

Defending herself, Rahi clarifies that her hatred is directed solely at Anupama, not the Shah children. Prem criticises her behaviour, comparing her to the Shahs, who often taunt Anupama. Irritated, Rahi tells Prem to take his lectures about Anupama to Mahi instead of her. Their conversation ends with both agreeing they are nothing more than competitors to each other.

Before leaving, Prem advises Rahi to stop misdirecting her anger at Anupama and to quit playing the victim. His words strike a chord, leaving Rahi in tears. Alone, she talks to herself, expressing her decision to permanently distance herself from Anupama's life after the finale. Unbeknownst to Rahi, Anupama overhears her emotional confession.

The next day, the host announces the start of the semi-finals, revealing that only two judges will be present since Anupama had agreed to judge only the first round. As the semi-finalists take the stage, the audience erupts in cheers, supporting their favourites.

Amid the excitement, Kinjal and Toshu feel regretful about Pari's absence from the competition, while Leela and Dolly express their hopes for Ishani from the Shah family to emerge victorious.

As the round kicks off, Mahi delivers her dance performance, followed by Prem's captivating act. Meanwhile, Ishani struggles with nerves as Pakhi intensifies the pressure on her to win the competition. After Prem finishes his performance, Mahi graciously offers him a glass of water.

Ishani begins her performance on a strong note, but soon, nervousness takes over, causing her to forget her steps. Overwhelmed and frightened, she abruptly leaves the stage mid-performance, resulting in her disqualification. Toshu and Kinjal are happy with the turn of events. After this, Rahi delivers a stellar performance, earning applause from the audience. Round 2 concludes with the announcement of the finalists, revealing Mahi, Rahi, and Prem as the top three contenders.
