Ankur Verma recalls memorable moments from the making of 'Dahaad' and reveals how is OTT different from TV

Dahaad got a big release recently and since then Ankur Verma’s phone is flooded with appreciation calls and messages for his role as a Sunny. He became one of the major highlights of the series owing to his amazing acting. 

Dahaad being his debut web series, Ankur Verma spoke to us about the one the memories that he’ll cherish from this entire process. He said, “We were shooting on the terrace in the village side. It was 1 in the night and usually people there sleep by that time but that day they all were awake to watch the shooting. There were people watching it from their terrace”. 

Ankur Verma has ruled the television with so many characters but it was his first web series and this has to be different experience. So commenting on what new he explored while the shooting of Daahad, Ankur told us, “The best part about the web series is you get to live in the moment. There are no problems on technical side, you do whatever you feel like and just live the character. That is the good thing that you don’t have to be technically correct”. 

On the work front, Ankur Verma is currently shooting for Parineeti where he is essaying the role of Rajeev Bajwa. Previously he has done shows like Yeh Hai Chahatein, Bepannah Pyaar etc!
