Anees Bazmee is UPSET with Athiya Shetty's acting skills?

Filmmaker Anees Bazmee who is currently shooting for his upcoming film 'Mubrakan' is disappointed with actress Athiya Shetty.

As per reports in media, Athiya gives a lot of retakes while shooting for the scenes as compared to her co-actors: Arjun Kapoor, Ileana D'cruz, and Anil Kapoor.

A report on leading portal states that Athiya is a newbie in the industry, she fails to give her perfect shot in minimum retakes. This results in the film's shoot getting delayed and a lot of time the film's unit and the cast gets wasted. In fact, Anees has also stated that Athiya has a lot to learn in the film industry.

However, when the director was asked about the issue he chose to defend Athiya saying that, "Athiya has just one film to her credit. Any new artist in the industry has to face the hardships in the beginning. Also, any actor would get nervous while working an ace actor like Anil Kapoor". (sic)

Athiya Shetty had made her debut opposite Sooraj Pancholi in Nikhil Advani's 'Hero'.

'Mubrakan' is slated to hit the silver screens on July 28^th, 2017.
