However, due to a suspicious post on social media, the Mumbai Police had to take extra precautions to ensure the safety of everyone present.

Despite many security measures, a shocking incident occurred when two individuals were caught crashing the prestigious wedding at the Jio World Convention Center in Bandra Kurla Complex on Friday. Lukman Mohammad Shafi Shaikh, a 28-year-old businessman from Virar, and Vyainktesh Aluri, a 26-year-old YouTuber from Andhra Pradesh, were booked separately for allegedly sneaking into the high-security event.

Shaikh entered through Gate No. 10 and refused to leave despite security guards' warnings, raising suspicions. Meanwhile, Aluri gained access through Gate No. 19, sparking concerns about the event's security protocols. Private security guard Balram Singh Lal, on duty, then reported Shaikh's suspicious behaviour and movements to the police. 

Due to the high-profile nature of the event, the security arrangements at the wedding venue and the surrounding area were already substantial. However, the police were alerted to a post made by a user on the social media platform X (Twitter). The police took the warning seriously and tightened security even though it was fake. While no formal complaint was filed, an investigation is ongoing to identify the user behind the post and their motives.

The wedding was a star-studded affair, with celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, and John Cena in attendance. Following the wedding, a Shubh Aashirwad function was held on July 13, attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The celebrations concluded with a reception on July 14.
